Exclusively for his exhibition in Abnormals Gallery Lukas Zpira has chosen the most significant works from his past projects.

Portraying people from his environment the artist illustrates the ideas from his Body Hacktivism manifesto. Using their bodies as a medium, the protagonists of his photographs reinvent themselves, ignoring common beauty icons and passing natural biological frontiers. In contrary to the pictures portraying the environment of the artist the video "Seuls les mieux adaptes survivrons" show Lukas Zpira himself during his performances he has been giving all over the world.
For the opening event on 6th February a 20 min preview of the film is on display, while the full length version (app. 4h) can be seen during the opening hours of the gallery.

Bad to the bone
One grows weak by justifying and explaining... trying so hard to show an image, perhaps we don't show the right one. Aren't we facing the media like rapturous dogs about a stinky bone?

　この大会に向けまして松井が骨のデッサンを致しました作品を
1月12日（火曜日）から1月19日（火曜日）の13時から19時まで成山画廊にて特別公開致します。
水曜日、日曜日は休廊となります。
下図展をお見逃しのお客様も下図を引き続き展示して居りますのでご覧頂けます。
骨のデッサンはパネル張り、ガラス無しでの展示となりますので、松井の生々しい筆致をご鑑賞頂けるかと存じます。」

12月15日（火）に成山画廊で開催された松井冬子サイン会は、作家と隣り合ってじっくり話が出来るとあって普段のサイン会とはまったく異なる濃密な空気を醸し出していました。写真家マリオ・A氏もサイン会に。参加者の熱心な質問に松井さんは忌憚なく答えてくれました。非常に充実したサイン会でした。
